Panama City, Aug 8 (Prensa Latina) Panamanian Foreign Minister Erika Mouynes expressed her solidarity with Cuba following an oil storage tank fire in the city of Matanzas, according to an official message. On Twitter, Mouynes said her solidarity message was conveyed on Sunday to her Cuban counterpart Bruno Rodríguez as he was present at new Colombian President Gustavo Petro´s inauguration.
