Havana, Sep 16 (Prensa Latina) Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel on Saturday expressed his willingness to strengthen and expand bilateral relations with Ethiopia, as he met with Ethiopian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Demeke Mekonnen.
