Castries, May 14 (Prensa Latina) Saint Lucia’s Government declared a state of emergency as abresult of water shortage, a decision made after consultations with the Ministry of Agriculture, the Water Resources Management Agency and the Meteorological Office, official sources confirmed on Tuesday.
