Moscow, Dec 9 (Prensa Latina) The United Russia party jointly with All-Russia People's Front will ensure all arrangements related to the election campaign of incumbent president Vladimir Putin, first of all the collection of signatures in his support, Secretary of the party’s General Council Andrey Turchak said.
