Russia invites more than 300 international observers to elections

Moscow, Aug 5 (Prensa Latina) The vice president of the Council of the Federation (Senate) of Russia, Konstantin Kosachev, said on Wednesday that around 300 international observers have been invited to monitor the elections of the State Duma (Lower House of Parliament).
