Bogota, Feb 28 (Prensa Latina) The National Institute for Drug and Food Surveillance (Invima) of Colombia on Tuesday described as 'very positive' the meeting between its director, Francisco Rossi, and Cuban Minister of Foreign Trade Rodrigo Malmierca.
