Moscow, Jul 17 (Prensa Latina) More than 28,000 people, including over 5,000 children, were evacuated from dangerous areas in Ukraine and Donbass to Russia in the last 24 hours, chief of the Russian National Defense Control Center Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev said.
