Santo Domingo, Nov 13 (Prensa Latina) Dominican President, Luis Abinader, today inaugurated a Comprehensive Women's Development Center (CEDI-MUJER) in Santo Domingo Norte, with the purpose of improving the lives of female citizens in vulnerable situations.
