Havana, Dec 16 (Prensa Latina) Cuban President, Miguel Diaz-Canel, is attending on Monday the opening session of the permanent commissions of the National Assembly of People's Power (Parliament), prior to the 4th Ordinary Period of Sessions of that body, currently on its 10th Legislature.
