Caracas, Nov 4 (Prensa Latina) A delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam (PCV) headed by the president of the Internal Affairs Commission of the Central Committee, Phan Dinh Trac, visits Venezuela to strengthen ties of brotherhood, it was reported here today.
