Santiago de Cuba, Nov 25 (Prensa Latina) The president of the Committee of Foreign Relations of Saint Petersburg, Evgeny Grigoriev, today laid a wreath at the funeral monument to Fidel Castro Ruz, on behalf of the Governor of that Russian city, Alexander Beglov.
