Syrian security forces refute US version of Daesh leader’s death

Dara'a, Syria, Dec 3 (Prensa Latina) Syrian security forces on Saturday denied the version announced by the US army about the death of Abu al-Hassan al-Hashemi al-Quraishi, leader of the Islamic State (Daesh in Arabic), in mid-October.

Damascus, Aug 30 (Prensa Latina) The Syrian army on Monday resumed its operations against strongholds of terrorist groups in Daraa, the capital of the homonymous province, located 100 kilometers south of Damascus, near the border with Jordan.
