Havana, Feb 3 (Prensa Latina) The President of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, toured today the Morro-Portocarrero community, belonging to the Arroyo Naranjo municipality in the capital, being transformed to improve the living conditions of its inhabitants.
