Panama, Feb 7 (Prensa Latina) A delegation from Cuba led by deputy Yolanda Ferrer, arrived in Panama today to attend the sessions of the XXXVI Ordinary Assembly of the Latin American and Caribbean Parliament (Parlatino), this weekend.
