Managua, Feb 8 (Prensa Latina) The Cuban ambassador to Nicaragua, Jorge Luis Mayo, alluded today to destabilizing plans against the Caribbean nation through the use of algorythms in social networks, manipulation campaigns, disinformation and false news.
