Havana, Feb 23 (Prensa Latina) Cuba and Portugal promoted medical and biopharmaceutical cooperation today, with the signing of a memorandum of understanding by the Ministers of Health, José Ángel Portal and Manuel Francisco Pizarro de Sampaio e Castro, respectively.
