Windhoek, Aug 27 (Prensa Latina) The foreign ministers of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez, and Namibia, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, signed today three agreements to strengthen cooperation for the mutual benefit of both nations, reported the island's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
