Costa Rica’s homicide rate decreases slightly

San Jose, Aug 14 (Prensa Latina) The number of homicides in this Central American nation has reached 545 in 2023, however, authorities assure that the murder rate is slowly decreasing due to the Costa Rica safe plus program, in force since April.
