La Paz, Nov 12 (Prensa Latina) Bolivian Foreign Minister Celinda Sosa is heading the Bolivian delegation that is participating in the 29th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP29) in Baku, Azerbaijan. “On behalf of our President Luis Arce, we begin our participation in #COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan, with the aim of bringing Bolivia's voice to respect and implement the decisions we have agreed upon in the past regarding the climate crisis,” the foreign minister said on social networks.
