Kinshasa, Dec 26 (Prensa Latina) The Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) denounced the use, by the rebels of the March 23 Movement (M23), of young civilians as ‘cannon meat’, the Congolese Press Agency published today.
