Moscow, Jan 22 (Prensa Latina) President Vladimir Putin and his Egyptian counterpart, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, will take part, via videoconference on Tuesday, in the ceremony of pouring the first concrete into the foundation of the 4th power unit at Egypt's El-Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant, Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov informed on Monday.
