Montevideo, Jul 15 (Prensa Latina) More than 300 homeless people took refuge during the early hours of the morning in shelters of the Ministry of Social Development (MIDES) in Uruguay to protect themselves from the extreme cold temperatures, MIDES released the information, adding that other 54 homeless people were picked up on the streets as part of Operation Winter.
