Harare, Jan 20 (Prensa Latina) Fernando Gonzalez Llort, president of the Cuban Institute for Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP), sent a message of condolences to the family and friends of Chen Chimutengwende, a recognized political and solidarity leader of Zimbabwe, who died in this capital.
