Moscow, Oct 1 (Prensa Latina) The West, Ukraine, and terrorist groups based in Syria are planning to stage a chemical attack in the Idlib province, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service warned on Tuesday. The intelligence service stated in a press release that the Western special services are preparing to use chemical weapons to blame Moscow and Damascus, Sputnik reported.
