Saint John's, Jul 30 (Prensa Latina) The attempt to debate 'about the situation in Cuba' within the OAS, was promoted by its secretary general, Luis Almagro, and a group called Youth and Democracy in the Americas, revealed today a Caribbean ambassador to that organization.
