Lima, Jul 18 (Prensa Latina) Yesterday, Peru's Constitutional Court declared inadmissible a complaint against the current mayor of Lima, Rafael López Aliaga, for threatening to kill the then presidential candidate Pedro Castillo during the campaign in 2021.
