La Paz, Oct 29 (Prensa Latina) The president of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, and the Bolivian vice-president, David Choquehuanca, ratified in Cali the mutual will to strengthen the relationship between both countries based on a common platform of strategic issues, an official source confirmed today.
