Port-au-Prince, (Prensa Latina) Haiti has a new acting prime minister, the sixth one appointed since Jovenel Moïse's inauguration in February, 2017, and the fourth without being ratified by the National Assembly, all this amid the escalation of the political crisis and insecurity in the country.
