Russian ambassador to Bolivia awaits lithium agreement approval

La Paz, Feb 18 (Prensa Latina) Russia is waiting today for the Plurinational Legislative Assembly (ALP) to approve the lithium carbonate production contract in Bolivia according to an agreement with a Russian company, said an official source.
