La Paz, Jul 21 (Prensa Latina) Congressman Felix Ajpi on Friday condemned provocative nature by former President of Bolivia´s Permanent Assembly of Human Rights (APDHB) Amparo Carvajal in La Paz. "I regret very much that the activist people who are there in 6 de Agosto Avenue prevent Mrs. Carvajal from being medically assisted," Ajpi told Bolivia TV channel.
