Quito, Apr 1 (Prensa Latina) The Alliance for Human Rights of Ecuador asked the Government to investigate today the disproportionate use of force in Palo Quemado, Cotopaxi province, where there were confrontations between uniformed officers and residents opposed to a mining project.
