La Paz, May 31 (Prensa Latina) Bolivia’s National Service of Meteorology and Hydrology (SENAMHI) on Wednesday confirmed that the Jesus de Machaca municipality, department of La Paz, recorded the lowest temperature in May with 14.9 degrees below zero.
