Bermuda took first place, followed by the Cayman Islands, the US Virgin Islands in third, and then the Bahamas, St. Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Barbuda, and St. Lucia.
The magazine cited by the Associated Times website highlighted that the Cayman Islands and Bermuda, compared to other destinations in their region, are the most prosperous tourist destinations, consistently generating higher revenues.
Bermuda had the highest average Gross Domestic Product (GDP), making it one of the richest Caribbean countries.
According to the data, the island experienced a 7,1% GDP growth in the first quarter of 2024.
Tempo noted that The Cayman Islands is considered one of the most desirable geographic locations to reside in due to its favorable investment opportunities.
