In a statement issued on the occasion of the Day of the Palestinian Child, the group noted that these deaths were the result of various factors, including bombing, armed violence, and medical negligence.
Some 129 children died from the bombing, while 15 died from sniper fire and another 11 from gunfire, the Action Group said.
It added that 34 children died due to the siege and lack of medical care, and 12 children died from various causes, including burns, asphyxiation, being run over, kidnappings, and murders, in addition to one child who died under mysterious circumstances.
According to the note, the actual number of victims may be higher than the reported figure, given the difficulties encountered in documenting the incidents.
Statistics recently released by the Action Group indicated that 4,294 Palestinian refugees have been killed in Syria since 2011.
