The head of Djiboutian diplomacy’s visit to Addis Ababa is the first bilateral exchange since his appointment, marking the shared commitment to strengthening bilateral ties.
Houssein, who served as Ambassador to Kuwait, is a graduate of Modern French Literature, Division of Arab Civilization at the University of Montpellier 3, in France.
In his professional career, he has assumed several responsibilities, including senior counselor at Djibouti’s diplomatic headquarters in Kenya, deputy director of the Bilateral Department at the Foreign Ministry and International Cooperation, and other functions in the Education Ministry.
