The statements by spokesman Guo Jiankun come after reports of incidents involving humanitarian convoys from China.

Relief supplies provided by the Red Cross Society of China have arrived in Myanmar and are on their way to the disaster area in Mandalay,’ he added.
The spokesman stressed the friendship between the two nations and called for all ethnic groups and factions in the neighboring country to work together to overcome difficulties.
“China is willing to do its utmost to provide relief and support to the disaster-stricken areas in Myanmar, in accordance with Myanmar’s needs,” he noted.
Meanwhile, Li Ming, spokesman for the China International Development Cooperation Agency, reported that about 30 Chinese teams, consisting of more than 500 rescuers, are operating in Burmese territory, the largest foreign contingent deployed.
According to official data, so far the Chinese representatives had rescued nine people alive.
Li detailed that the first batch of Chinese aid, delivered on April 1 in Naypyidaw, included 1,200 tents, 8,000 blankets and more than 40,000 first aid kits, distributed among the victims.
In addition, the Red Cross Society of China donated 1.5 million yuan in cash, while the Chinese province of Yunnan contributed 6.1 million yuan in relief materials.
