Sheinbaum announced Monday that the meeting would present preliminary March data, including information on arrests and other key issues.

Official data shows that between October 1, 2024, and March 9, the government arrested 14,517 individuals for high-impact crimes, seizing 7,375 firearms and 125.8 tons of drugs.

This reflects the administration’s commitment to combating organized crime through a national security strategy focused on addressing root causes, strengthening the National Guard, enhancing intelligence and investigation, and coordinating with federal entities.
