The president ratified the decision to boost ties in new areas of common interest after highlighting the significant cooperation, especially in education and health, as well as the contribution of Cuba to the independence of Africa.

After the official ceremony of delivery of the credentials at the Presidential Palace, in the presence of Foreign Minister Amon Murwira, the President and the Ambassador held a profitable and emotional exchange during which they discussed the main issues of the bilateral agenda.
