La Paz, Feb 21 (Prensa Latina) Bolivia's former Minister of Environment and Water Alan Lisperguer remains free after testifying before the prosecutor's office in an ongoing investigation for allegedly legitimizing illicit gains and falsifying sworn statements. The hearing lasted for more than four hours, according to prosecutor Miguel Cardozo, after Lisperguer appeared yesterday voluntarily, and at the end, the accussed was released after proving a fixed address, a family and a lawful job.
