T he head of Cuban diplomacy published on X that more than 100 million dollars were used by USAID to destabilize countries in Eastern Europe such as Belarus, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia.

With these revelations, the Cuban foreign minister asserted that it is easy to realize that the plans of the Government of the United States are hidden behind this agency to impose its interests.

Rodríguez recently denounced on this social network that in Latin America and the Caribbean, the White House, through USAID, invested some 120 million dollars to subvert the constitutional order in Cuba.

He described as unusual that this agency spends money to support and enrich those in the United States who see a business in the Cuban people’s suffering.
