It indicated that the reopening of the Embassy in Damascus is part of a new stage in bilateral relations aimed at strengthening cooperation in several political, economic, and cultural fields.
Since the fall of President Bashar al-Assad’s government on December 8, 2024, several embassies have reopened their doors, including those of Türkiye, Qatar, Germany, France, Spain, and Hungary.
