“Let approve the draft agreement between the Government of Russia and the Government of the UAE on the avoidance of double taxation concerning taxes on income and capital and the prevention of fiscal evasion,” the Executive’s note indicated.

The Finance Ministry submitted the document after coordination with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Economic Development, Justice, and the Federal Tax Service.

Mishustin also authorized the Finance Ministry to hold talks with Emirati institutions and sign the agreement on behalf of the Russian government.
