Arab Parliament Speaker Mohammed Al-Yamahi also supported, in a statement, the Egyptian proposal to rebuild the coastal enclave without expelling its residents.

Commenting on the issue, the official stressed the importance of implementing a comprehensive rehabilitation process for that territory.

Al-Yamahi also insisted on implementing the Gaza ceasefire deal in all its stages, including the exchange of prisoners and the increased flow of humanitarian aid into that territory.

We firmly reject any attempt to divide the Strip and demand the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza, he underscored.
