The new route will start operating on June 1 with a frequency of one daily flight, which will mark an important milestone in the company’s international expansion strategy and will help promote economic and tourism cooperation between the two nations.
As part of the promotional campaign that will accompany the launch of the new destination, the Vietnamese airline launched attractive offers, such as round-trip tickets (round trip) at a price of US$260, including fare and tax.
Vietnam Airlines already operates routes connecting Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Nha Trang to Seoul and Seoul to Busan.
The Vietnamese flag carrier was recently distinguished by the specialized site AirlineRatings among the world’s 20 best airlines, winning, for the second consecutive year, the award for the best value for money economy class in the world.
