The companies are Inter-Coastal Electronics, System Studies & Simulation, IronMountain Solutions, Applied Technologies Group, Axient, Anduril Industries and Maritime Tactical Systems.
These entities are prohibited from importing and exporting activities related to China, making new investments in the Chinese territory, entry into the country by senior managers of these companies and revocation of work, stay or residence permits for senior executives in China.
The decision comes into effect immediately and will be subject to the corresponding regulations of the “Unreliable Entity List”.
The Ministry of Commerce indicated that any matter not specifically covered by this announcement will be governed in accordance with the provisions of this list.
The Chinese government has repeatedly reaffirmed its commitment to defending its national interests and sovereignty.
In fact, on January 2, the Ministry of Commerce announced export control measures to 28 US entities.
