The Belarussian deputy foreign minister expressed his government’s positive intentions to establish a basis for cooperation with Afghanistan in several fields.
Both sides agreed that technical teams will continue their talks in Kabul and Minsk to further develop this cooperation, Takal said in a news briefing.
Some Central Asian countries with close ties to Russia have established not only economic but also political ties with Afghanistan’s interim government over the last three years.
