The inauguration of the event will take place in the Hall of Honor of the former headquarters of the National Congress in Santiago, and will be attended by more than half a hundred political and social organizations from the country and abroad.

The event will be attended by representatives of communist, leftist and progressive parties and diplomats from Uruguay, China, Cuba, Brazil, Russia, Colombia, Vietnam, France, Mexico, Venezuela, among other countries, the newspaper El Siglo reported.

The congress was convened in April 2024 and throughout that period it was held at local levels, where social, economic, environmental, political, indigenous, ideological and international issues were addressed.

During a recent meeting with the national and foreign press, PCCh President Lautaro Carmona mentioned among the priorities supporting the project to improve pensions, reduce health waiting lists and reduce the housing deficit.
