This was one of several important documents signed at the end of the 47th session of the Intergovernmental Committee, in which the final minute and an agreement to purchase and sell coal-fired electricity were approved.
According to media reports, the meeting will create a new impetus for cooperation between the two countries and strengthen the bilateral relations of great friendship, special solidarity, and all-round cooperation, which will continue to develop in the future.
The two ministers noted that despite some difficulties, there has been significant progress in cooperation, especially in the economic, defense, security, and other fields.
Siphandone and Minh Chinh also agreed on implementing signed agreements, facilitating business cooperation between the two countries, and strengthening cooperation in defense and security so as to build a common border of peace, stability, and comprehensive development.
