The ANPP will follow up on the parliamentarians’ mandate from their last session by exercising stringent control over MITRANS through a work program consisting of 17 key actions.
Several information platforms, including social media and the Ministry’s website, will support workers in the sector and citizens’ participation.
The verification exercise will assess the fulfillment of MITRANS’ specific missions, the passenger and freight transportation plan, and the sector’s impact on the government’s economic stimulus program.
The lawmakers of the Cuban Parliament will also analyze the Ministry’s results in applying science and technology, digital transformation, and implementing the Law of Social Communication in the sector.
