As part of the initiative, to be held until next day 19, this Monday will take place the first in the northern state of Baja California and will address Governance with Justice and Citizen Participation.
In recent days, the Undersecretary of Finance and Public Credit, Edgar Zamora, specified that the seed document of the project is the 100 government commitments of President Claudia Sheinbaum, which are organized in four general axes, among them, the mentioned one.
In addition, there are Development with Welfare and Humanism, Moral Economy and Work, and Sustainable Development.
There will also be three other cross-cutting axes: substantive equality and women’s rights, public innovation for national technological development, and the rights of indigenous and Afro-Mexican communities.
According to Zamora, the government encourages the participation of workers, peasants and civil society organizations, indigenous peoples, academic institutions, business organizations, youth, women, older adults and citizens with disabilities.
Referring to two ways to join the debates (directly or virtually), the coordinator of Advisers to the Presidency, Jesús Ramírez, cataloged the plan as the tool to consolidate the transformation project.
He also defined it as the space where the people can reflect, dialogue and democratically build the future of the country.
